System Requirements
Version 6 system requirements differ from version 5...
- Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 (32- or 64-bit versions)
- 1.8 GHz Pentium-class, dual-core processor or faster
- 1 GB Memory (RAM)
- 1 GB available disk space
- Available USB 2.0 port
- Internet Explorer 6.0 or later
- Available Internet connection (required for installation and updates)
- Screen resolution of 800x600 or greater
- Microsoft® .NET Framework 2.0 or 3.5 sp1 (free download). Not required on Windows 7. - .NET Framework version 4 not supported.
- Adobe® Acrobat Reader (for viewing and printing documentation)
- Durametric 2nd-generation cable (?)

Installation
This version can only be used with 2nd-generation Durametric cables. See our Version History for more information.
Install the USB cable drivers first, then install the Durametric program:
- Install the Durametric cable drivers
- Install the Durametric software program - version 6.1.1.5. (If upgrading, uninstall previous version first.)
